Coaching Change in the WPIAL

by tonyv 14. December 2010 07:57

As always, there has been a fair amount of turnover in head baseball coaches in the WPIAL. The latest to occur is the resignation of Carl Vollmer at Plum High School, who had a very successful run at Plum. Applications for that position are being accepted until December 23. New coaches named so far in the offseason are:

Geibel (Class A)               Jeff McWilliams

New Brighton (AA)             Michael Campbell

North Catholic (AA)            Randy Miller

Seton LaSalle (AA)            Chuck Rutter

South Park (AAA)              Steve Bucci

Butler (AAAA)                   Todd Erdos

Fox Chapel (AAAA)           Pat Fabian

Franklin Regional (AAAA)  Bob Saddler

Gateway (AAAA)               Mark Wardzinski

As far as I know, there are still vacanies at Carmichaels (A), St Joseph (A), Sto Rox (AA), Ringgold (AAA) and Bethel Park (AAAA), in addition to Plum
