More Odds and Ends

1. The Western Pennsylvania Fall Baseball League (WPFBL) is underway with 30 teams playing in the league. Play started last weekend.

2. The WPFBL is conducting a showcase on October 3. Cost is $60 for players participating in the WPFBL and $75 for all others. The Showcase will be held at Heleny Richey Field, Renziehausen Park, McKeesport PA. 3. Seton LaSalle has hired Chuck Rutter as head baseball coach, replacing Shawn Trainor who resigned.
