UPMC Sports Medicine Training Kamp

UPMC Sports Medicine and All-American Baseball Center are are sponsoring a 60-minute clinic (to be held on February 20 at UPMC Sports Performance North in Gibsonia)that focuses on performance and prevention screening for baseball players.

There will be 4 stations at the clinic -- Shoulder Assessment, Lower Extremity/Core Assessment, Speed/Explosion, Performance. At the conclusion, athletes will get a score that highlights strengths and weaknesses.

The schedule is as follows:

1:00 PM: Ages 9 and 10
2:00 PM: Age 11
3:00 PM: Age 12
4:00 PM: Ages 13 and 14
5:00 PM: Ages 15 and 16 (invitation only)
6:00 PM: Ages 17 and 18 (invitation only)
